COLOURS: Could
you make the colours of the background more consistent? One side is pink and
the other is grey, this doesn't really make the magazine look professional
and doesn't conform the codes and conventions of a typical music magazine.
IMAGE: The
model in the main image on the DPS doesn't really stand out from the background
and catch the readers eye, maybe you could lower the opacity of the background
and make the brightness of the model a bit brighter. It is vital that the image
stands out to make the reader want to read the page- ensure that you make the
model stand out a bit more.
GAP: There
is a gap between the images situated at the top of the right hand side of the
double page spread? is there a reason for this or it to split the images from
the text? Maybe put something colourful there to match the colour scheme
of your magazine to make sure this page stands out to the reader a little bit
more.
FONT SIZE: if
possible, it would be good to make your font size on your DPS a little bit
bigger to make sure everyone can read it.
LAYOUT: The
layout of the DPS is good, just ensure you make the improvements to your
magazine to make it catch the readers eye and make them want to read the
page.
